SEAGULL COTTAGE Eyemouth

Fully renovated and modernised in 2007, Seagull Cottage is the ideal property for a traditional seaside holiday, or as a comfortable well equipped base from which to enjoy the beautiful Borders region.

Seagull Cottage is located only 150 metres from the quiet sandy beach, swimming pool, leisure centre and shops in Eyemouth.

Seagull is an 'upside down house' with the bedrooms and shower room/wc on the ground floor. The double bedroom has a modern bed with headboard and a pine suit of bedroom furniture. This bedroom also has a TV. The other bedroom contains substantial bunk beds - the lower of which is actually a double, with a single above - and a pine suite of bedroom furniture. and ground floor.
The shower room/wc has a walk in shower enclosure with electric shower and a WC with matching hand basin and mirrored cabinet.

On the first floor is the kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave, together with a full complement of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The lounge is bright and airy, with a large comfortable sofa bed, a leather chair, TV, DVD etc. The house contains a small set of patio furniture which may be used on the land outside the front door.
